Marbella municipal lawyer implicates Juan Antonio Roca in real estate dealss: "The lawyer for the Marbella municipal company, Planeamientos 2000, María Castañón, was giving evidence in the Malaya corruption case in Málaga Provincial Court on Monday.
She was the first witness to declare in the case, and directly incriminated Juan Antonio Roca in the negotiation of real estate deals in Marbella. She said he took part in the talks during the years the PGOU was being revised, as well as meeting with some of the promoters."
