La Caridad estate is being handed over to Marbella Town Hall as part of the sentence handed down in the Saqueo 1 case
The San Pedro estate considered to be the jewel in the crown of the many real estate assets belonging to Juan Antonio Roca, the man at the centre of the Malaya corruption case based in Marbella Town Hall, is to be handed over to the town.
The ‘La Caridad’ estate is found on the road which crosses San Pedro Alcántara, direction Ronda, and was impounded as part of the case and is valued at 15 million €.
La Opinion de Málaga reports that the decision has already supported by all the interested parties, including the accused, and will be made official by the Provincial Court in the next few days.
