300 irregular homes to be made legal in Vejer de la Frontera: "Vejer de la Frontera Town Hall in Cádiz province voted on December 28, with the support of the PSOE Socialists, to bring 300 homes constructed irregularly in the municipality into legality.

The properties are located on 42 hectares next to the Playa del Palmar, and the initiative will see the Town Hall collecting 60 € per square metre from each of the property owners."
