ex Mayor of Marbella, Julián Muñoz, has been told by the judge in Court Five in Marbella that he cannot cross the border into Gibraltar. He had asked to go there once a week, to visit his current girlfriend’s parents
Muñoz, his ex wife, Maite Zaldívar, and his ex girlfriend, the diva Isabel Pantoja, all face money laundering charges in a side case from the Malaya corruption.
Diario Sur reports that the judge, Jaime Serret, firmly denied the application to go to the British colony.
