James Walter Tomkins, the British fugitive from justice who was arrested in Marbella on Wednesday, has accepted extradition to the U.K. where he is wanted on charges of murder, for the death of Rocky Dawson in a drive-by shooting in Essex in 2006.
Judge Eloy Velasco, in Instruction Court Six of the National Court, on Friday ordered the 61 year old Briton to prison, after hearing Tomkins admit that he had been hiding from the British authorities in Spain.
