37 year old Portuguese man has died and another of the same age was injured when they dived into the sea from a rock on a beach in Nerja.

Emergency services and the provincial fire service told the EFE news agency that it happened at 1,15pm on Thursday between Carabeo beach and the Balcón de Europa, where a group of friends, all Portuguese were bathing.
