A WOMAN was arrested in Granada for knocking her boyfriend unconscious with a mobile phone and hitting him.

The 27-year-old called the police to report what she had done and her partner, 23, was taken to hospital.

She said they had argued and she had thrown the phone at his head before punching him in the back of the neck.
