woman was shot dead when in the kitchen of her house in the Le Pedrera district of Dénia, Alicante on Thursday.It happened at 2,15pm and when emergency services arrived at the scene they could only confirm the fatality.Several bullet cases were found next to the victim who was 34 years old and from Colombia.
National Police investigations continue and as yet no arrests have been made. One line of enquiry is that it is another case of domestic violence.
